Our professional scope includes a licensed Colorado dental provider, state credentialed CHW, formally known as a "patient advocate", with direct involvement in a Medicaid fraud and substandard care case with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. We have experienced dental court testimony, deposition, multiple interviews with an Attorney General's office investigator, and successful completion of a Medicaid audit which demonstrates extensive knowledge of clinical standards, compliance, documentation, and patient care accountability.
